DescriptionPosition at SBM ManagementThe Sr. HRIS Analyst will be a lead in owning business process, systems, and technology planning and delivery for HR. The role will work and collaborate with business leaders on process definition, improvement, systems, and performance and best practices. Facilitates and leads requirements gathering and Human Resources Information Services (HRIS) implementation (UltiPro) projects.
Responsibilities
Provide, assist with, and guide the vision and direction for how HR technology should be utilized to support SBM’s business initiatives.
Evaluate HR data across business segments, drive data quality as needed, extract data from source systems like UKG, Ultipro etc., create and prepare periodic ad-hoc reports.
Support the design and data delivery of various new set of business insights and analytics; initial requirements gathering, data discovery/gap analysis and the development of dashboards and reports by collaborating with IT teams.
Work as a SME in the reporting area encompassing systems, processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.
Manage, configure, support, and optimize the design and performance of existing systems and other systems and applications.
Work and partner with stakeholders within HR, IT, FP&A, Payroll, and Legal to provide creative and efficient solutions to business needs.
Be the lead subject matter expert in HR systems by researching and assessing technology needs, identifying systems/process improvements, and delivering technological solutions that support operational excellence.
Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes for HR team members.
Develop and maintain audit processes to analyze and identify data issues and maintain data integrity.
Determine and manage root-cause analyses, brainstorm resolution options and communicate the same effectively across various teams including customers.
Define, test, train, implement, and support HR systems and act as leader for analytics and other HRIS projects as needed.
Develop process diagrams, use cases, test plans, and training documentation as needed.
Data Privacy and Security – data privacy and security, given the sensitive nature of HR data.
Contributes to the overall HR strategy and business goals.
Ensures HR systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of employees and managers.
Ensure HR systems integrate seamlessly with other business systems.
Lead change initiatives and manage the human side of technology implementations.
Responsible for training end-users on new systems and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Mentor and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in a HR system support role, HCM and ATS support ideal
Prior experience with HRMS; UKG Software/UltiPro required
Working knowledge of HR processes and procedures highly desirable
Experience implementing systems and integrating existing systems
Strong analytical, multitasking and interpersonal skills required
Must be a self-starter, take initiative, comfortable with web-based learning and be curious
Must be detail orientated while keeping eye on the bigger picture
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Shift: Full time
